Trent House is a government relations professional based in Olympia, Washington, with a demonstrated ability to manage the complex legislative agendas for several of Washington State’s highest profile businesses, industries and trade associations.   

 

Prior to starting an independent lobbying practice, Trent was the lead lobbyist for the Boeing Company in Washington State where he successfully directed the legislative and political activities for the State’s largest private employer.

 

A native of Washington, Trent began his career in 1994 at the Association of Washington Business.  Here he became the lead lobbyist on health care issues for the Association.  Trent has since had the opportunity to represent several of Washington’s most prominent employers, industries and trade associations. 

 

In his more than 20 years of experience, Trent has been on the front lines of many of our state’s most intricate public policy debates and developed a keen understanding of the legislative process, shown an ability to build and lead diverse coalitions and developed strong working relationships with the Executive branch, key lawmakers and prominent state agencies.
